(no space or capitals e.g. johnsmith)

(no space & the tutor letter must be capital e.g. johnsmithK-01)

On kerboodle there is an animation for you to watch and an interactive activity.
I suggest you also start reading the text book and completing some of the summary activities, they are very similar to test questions and will really help.
